Social Media & Marketing Release

What this is: Permission for Diamond Tip Tattoo to use photos/videos of your tattoo, piercing, or studio session for marketing (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ads, print, portfolios). This is separate from medical/tattoo consent forms signed in studio.

Key terms (read before signing)
  1. Grant of rights: If you consent below, you grant Diamond Tip Tattoo (and its artists/staff) a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, crop, and publish the media you approve for the purposes and platforms you select.
  2. No payment: Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no fee for this marketing use.
  3. Your tattoo: You still “own” the tattoo on your body. Copyright in artist drawings remains with the artist/studio as per our Terms.
  4. Face & identity: You choose whether your face/name may appear. Default is tattoo-focused framing unless you allow more.
  5. Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for future posts by emailing hello@diamondtiptattoo.com. We will stop new use within a reasonable time. Content already published may remain (e.g. older posts, printed materials already distributed) unless removal is reasonably practicable or required by law.
  6. Minors: Not for tattoo marketing of under-18s. Piercing marketing involving minors requires parent/guardian signature and only where lawful.
  7. Privacy: Media and this form are handled under our Privacy Policy.
  8. Platforms: Once posted to Meta/TikTok/etc., those platforms’ terms also apply to distribution.

Fill & sign

Complete in studio (print) or fill on screen then use Print / Save as PDF. Email a copy to the studio if signing digitally.
